Goa Trip

Thinking of a Goa trip this Spring, around Holi, heard the parties there are lit. Also, I have never been to the western banks of India. Still don't know whether I would enjoy it or not, these days the tourism is falling in Goa, and I think it should. Almost everyday I see a news from Goa, in which the tourists are not treated properly. On top of that, there is no ride aggregator in Goa (Yeah no Uber!!!). Might take a scooty or smth on rent prolly. Let me know what things I should try in Goa. Hoping for a great experience !!!
